Hello! I'm the owner of Creative Touch Salon, and I'm honored to have a talented team of individuals. With a journey spanning back to 1999, I've been a licensed hairstylist, shaping hair and lives with passion and skill. In 2004, I added another feather to my cap, becoming a licensed cosmetology instructor, sharing my expertise with budding stylists. Creative Touch first graced the scene on April 4, 2000, flourishing until July 2014. My path took a turn in August 2014 when I embraced a full-time role as a cosmetology instructor at Craven Community College. While I cherished my time there, my heart never strayed far from the salon chair. In May 2018, fueled by my unwavering passion for hairstyling, Creative Touch was reborn. My primary goal has always been to uphold the integrity of my clients' hair. Whether it's a chemical service, a creative up-style, natural hair care, or a precision cut, I prioritize the health and vitality of every strand. My expertise spans a wide range of hair care services, honing specialties in various areas. Above all, I adore what I do. Hi there! I'm thrilled to introduce myself to you. I'm a proud mother of three and a native of New Bern, NC, where I've spent my life immersed in its vibrant culture. Since April 2019, I've had the pleasure of being a part of the Creative Touch family, surrounded by an amazing team that makes every day a joy.
Hair has always held a special place in my heart, even from a young age. That innate fascination led me to pursue it as more than just a hobby. I find immense fulfillment in crafting kid's styles, working with natural hair, and creating beautiful braids with extensions. There's something truly magical about helping each client discover their unique beauty and confidence.
My journey into hairstyling is driven by my passion for making people look and feel incredible. It's this passion that prompted me to dive into the world of hair full-time. And now, I'm excited to extend my services to new clients! I can't wait to meet you and embark on this styling adventure together.

Salon Policy:
A 50% deposit is necessary for all services totaling $25 and above. New clients may require a consultation, as specified in the stylist's profile. Consultations are mandatory for fashion color services and highlights. Prices may differ for thicker or longer hair. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, kindly silence your cell phones during your salon visit. If you wish to watch videos or engage in FaceTime calls, please use headphones. Outside food is not permitted. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. In the event of tardiness without prior notice to the stylist, adjustments may be made to your service or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable if rescheduling becomes necessary.
For the comfort of all clients, we request that children be accompanied only if they are receiving a service.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
A 24-hour notice is required for service cancellation. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service amount. For appointments scheduled and needing to be cancelled within the same 24 hours, the cancellation must be made at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid the 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show, where the client misses an appointment without contacting the salon to cancel, they will be required to pay 50% of the reserved service amount. Services will not be provided until the no-show fee is paid. Cancellations can only be made through the online booking site (if booked online) or by calling the salon. We do not accept cancellations via email. If you have made a verbal phone request for an appointment that requires a deposit, an invoice will be sent to secure the reserved time.
